Jalen Spencer is a filmmaker and visual artist based in Columbus, Ohio. He studied Graphic Design at Hocking College and has spent more than 10 years developing images and cultivating a visual language through photography, cinematography, and independent filmmaking.

Working primarily in Columbus, Spencer’s work is rooted in intimate, character driven stories and a fascination with atmosphere, memory, and the emotional weight of ordinary spaces.

His feature films include Without Love and One Wrong Decision, both currently available to stream on Tubi.

Through independent filmmaking and image making, Spencer continues to develop a body of work centered on finding beauty, tension, and meaning within everyday life while building an original cinematic voice from his home base in Ohio.
